Our company offers Service Contracts which stay on top of the maintenance of your system.
Service contracts are important because we can assess the functioning of your system twice per year and try to catch
potential failures before they occur. New for 2012 we will be offering discounted freon and discounted service charges
to our service contract customers. We also offer special pricing on service contracts for homes with multiple systems
and businesses with multiple systems or that require monthly service. Also new for 2012 are our split payment contracts
which split up the payment across the two visits, therefore you are not paying for work in advance of it being done.
